At Tech Point Zone, every laptop we sell comes with a full manufacturer warranty, giving you complete confidence in the authenticity and quality of your purchase.
Manufacturer Warranty: All products are 100% brand-new and covered by the official warranty provided by the laptop manufacturer.
What Our Warranty Covers:
- Warranty Duration: Usually 1 year (varies by brand and model).
- No Voiding for Upgrades: Warranty remains valid if RAM/SSD upgrades are done correctly without damage.
Important Notes:
- We sell only brand-new U.S.-version laptops with original U.S. manufacturer warranty.
- All laptops are imported directly from the U.S.
- You must contact us first for any issue we will arrange pickup or assist at our Dubai shop.
- We handle sending your device to the official U.S. service center.
- Warranty may appear shorter but full 1-year coverage is ensured through our process.
- Warranty extensions are not available in UAE for U.S. models.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Physical damage (drops, liquid spills, mishandling).
- Unauthorized repairs or harmful modifications.
- Damage caused by improper upgrades.
Upgrade Policy

- Upgrades do NOT void warranty if done properly
- Apple laptops are not upgraded due to design limitations
