Refund and Returns Policy – Tech Point Zone (UAE)
Overview
At Tech Point Zone, we value your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your laptop purchase, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:
Our return policy is valid for 14Â days from the date of delivery.
After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
The laptop must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
You must include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Used or physically damaged laptops
Laptops returned without original packaging or accessories
Any software or digital services
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
If the Laptop is returned within 14 days without any valid reason, our team will inspect the product and decide the percentage of the amount to be deducted.
For orders paid online (credit/debit card), the card processing fee charged by the payment provider is non-refundable, as this fee is deducted from us at the time of payment. Therefore, the refund amount will exclude the card processing fee.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged laptops within the 14-day return period.

Shipping Returns
If a return is approved:
You will need to send the laptop back to our UAE address (provided via email).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
