Refund & Returns Policy – Tech Point Zone (UAE)
Overview
At Tech Point Zone, we value your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your laptop purchase, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:
- Return period: 14 days from the date of delivery
- After 14 days, refunds or exchanges are not available
Return Eligibility
- The laptop must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Original invoice or proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or physically damaged laptops
- Products without original packaging or accessories
- Software or digital services
Refunds
- You will be notified via Email or WhatsApp after inspection
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- If returned without a valid reason, a deduction may apply after inspection
- Card processing fees are non-refundable for online payments
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged laptops within the 14-day return period.

Shipping Returns
- Return shipping must be sent to our UAE address (shared via email)
- Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- We recommend using a trackable courier service
