Overview

  • Return period: 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • After 14 days, refunds and exchanges are no longer available. Manufacturer faults after this period are handled under our Warranty Policy.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us within 14 daysMessage us on WhatsApp +971 52 569 6022 or email sales@techpointzone.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Get the return addressWe’ll confirm whether the item is eligible and share our UAE return address by email.
  3. Send the item backPack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and the invoice, and send it with a trackable courier.
  4. Inspection & decisionWe inspect the item and notify you by email or WhatsApp. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The laptop must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, with all accessories.
  • The original invoice or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or physically damaged laptops
  • Products without their original packaging or accessories
  • Software and digital services
Section 05

Refunds

  • You will be notified by email or WhatsApp once your return has been inspected.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • If an item is returned without a valid reason (for example, a change of mind), a deduction may apply after inspection.
  • Card processing fees for online payments are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged laptops reported within the 14-day return period.

To request an exchange, email us at sales@techpointzone.com.

Section 07

Return Shipping

  • Returns must be sent to our UAE address, which we share with you by email.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we can’t be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first, send the item back with a trackable courier, and approved refunds reach you within 5–7 business days.
