Section 01

Manufacturer Warranty

All products sold by Tech Point Zone are 100% brand-new and covered by the official warranty provided by the manufacturer, so you can be completely confident in the authenticity and quality of your purchase.

  • Warranty duration: usually 1 year. The exact period varies by brand and model and is shown on each product page.
  • Upgrades don’t void it: your warranty remains valid when RAM or SSD upgrades are carried out correctly and without damage.

U.S. Models & How Claims Work

We sell brand-new U.S.-version laptops, imported directly from the United States, with the original U.S. manufacturer warranty. If anything goes wrong, we take care of the process for you:

  1. Contact us firstMessage us on WhatsApp +971 52 569 6022 or email sales@techpointzone.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.
  2. Pickup or drop-offWe arrange a pickup from your address, or you can bring the laptop to our Dubai shop.
  3. We deal with the service centerWe send your device to the official U.S. service center and handle the claim on your behalf.
  4. Back to youOnce repaired or replaced, your laptop is returned to you.
Why the warranty date may look shorter: the manufacturer’s website may show a shorter remaining period, because U.S. warranties often start from the shipping date. Through our process, you are still covered for a full 1 year from your purchase.
Manufacturer warranty extensions are not available in the UAE for U.S. models.

What’s Covered & What’s Not

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Hardware faults that occur during normal use
  • Laptops with RAM/SSD upgrades that were installed correctly

❌ Not covered

  • Physical damage such as drops, liquid spills or mishandling
  • Unauthorized repairs or harmful modifications
  • Damage caused by improper upgrades
Section 04

Upgrade Policy

We offer professional RAM and SSD upgrade services for custom configurations, so you get more performance without affecting your warranty.

  • Supported brands: Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer and MSI.
  • Upgrades do not void the warranty when they are carried out properly.
  • Apple MacBooks are not upgraded, because their memory and storage are built into the board.
